1. Regarding hypnotherapy
1.1 nature of service
I provide hypnotherapy as complementary therapy designed to support personal well-being and transformation. These services do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare advice. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or guarantee specific outcomes. Clients with medical or mental health concerns should consult with their healthcare providers before engaging in hypnotherapy.
1.2 eligibility & client responsibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to book sessions.
Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for the session.
Punctuality is required—clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
1.3 Accuracy of Information & Tailored Approach
The treatments provided are customized based on the information shared by the client. It is the client’s responsibilityto provide truthful, complete, and accurate details regarding their mental, emotional, and physical health. Any misleading or omitted information may impact the effectiveness of the sessions.
1.4 Client Commitment & Active Participation
The success of hypnotherapy and Reiki is dependent on the client’s full involvement, openness, and commitment to the process. While I facilitate the sessions, the client plays an active role in their own healing and transformation. Outcomes are influenced by the client’s willingness to engage, follow recommendations, and take responsibility for their progress
1.5 Duration of sessions
Your hypnotherapy session will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
To ensure the best experience, please allow yourself 30 minutes before and after the session to relax, center yourself, and integrate the process.
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible via text. I will do my best to accommodate a full session; however, this depends on my availability and subsequent appointments and cannot be guaranteed.
If the session is shortened due to late arrival, the full session fee remains payable. Rebooking may be possible upon mutual agreement.
2. FEES
Fees vary depending on the nature of your issue and the specific treatment plan required.
Payment must be made in advance of your scheduled session. Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards.
3.cancellation policy
To ensure fairness and to allow for scheduling flexibility, I kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This will allow me the opportunity to offer the slot to someone else.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the full session fee will be charged.
No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled session and no prior notice is given, the full 100% session fee will be charged.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible by text or email.
I reserve the right to cancel any appointment at my sole discretion. This will only occur in exceptional circumstances, and I will provide as much notice as possible. I shall not be held liable for any financial or other consequences arising from such cancellations.
4. refund policy
All one-to-one session payments are made for the time booked for therapy, and as such, hypnotherapy services are not eligible for refunds once a session is confirmed and the time has been allocated. However, if there was an issue or concern with the session, I may offer a free session to address it.
Each person’s needs and the required number of therapy sessions vary. The responsibility and speed in achieving the desired outcome always belong to the client, not the therapist. Results cannot be guaranteed and will depend on factors such as the client’s mindset, their desire to change, and their commitment to following instructions both during and after the session.
You are free to end or withdraw from therapy at any time. In cases where you have paid in advance for sessions that are not used, a refund will be provided upon request, subject to my cancellation policy. Refunds will be adjusted to reflect any special offers applied to the original payment.
5.Code of Conduct & Standards of Behavior
As a professional therapist, I maintain strict professional boundaries to create a safe and respectful environment for all clients. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to aggression, abuse, or any actions that compromise the integrity of the session, will result in immediate session termination without a refund.
By attending your session, you agree to the following standards of behaviour:
Be free from drugs and alcohol (except for any prescribed medication approved by your doctor).
You will not harm yourself or others in any way during or outside of the session.
Take your therapy seriously and approach each session with a commitment to personal growth, while treating the therapist with respect and professionalism.
Violent, abusive, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, I reserve the right to immediately cancel the session and any future sessions and/or treatments.
6.Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is of the utmost importance, and I am committed to protecting the confidentiality of all client data in compliance with GDPR regulations. All personal information you provide will be handled with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Client records are kept both in written form and electronically. Your information will be protected by reasonable security safeguards to prevent loss, theft, or unauthorized access or use. Rest assured, your information will never be sold or distributed to third parties.
Exceptions to confidentiality:
Client's confidentiality will be respected at all times, except in the following circumstances:
If you reveal an intention to harm yourself or another person.
If I am compelled to reveal information by a court order or legal obligation.
These exceptions are in place to ensure that appropriate actions can be taken if there are risks to your safety or the safety of others.
7.Intellectual Property & Website Use
All hypnosis scripts, audios, and other materials provided through my services, including those on this website, are intellectual property and are protected by copyright laws. By using this website and engaging with my services, you agree to the following terms:
No Copying, Redistributing, or Reselling: Clients are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or reselling any hypnosis scripts, audios, or materials provided during sessions or made available through the website.
No Misuse or Ownership Claims: Website users are not permitted to misuse any content provided, nor claim ownership of any programs, materials, or services offered. All content remains the exclusive property of the therapist.
This policy ensures that the integrity and value of the materials are maintained, allowing me to continue offering quality services.
8.Limitation of Liability
By agreeing to participate in hypnotherapy or Reiki sessions, you acknowledge and understand that neither hypnosis nor Reiki is a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have any underlying medical or psychological conditions, it is highly recommended that you consult with a licensed healthcare professional before engaging in these therapies.
I provide these services in good faith and with the intention to support your well-being and personal growth. However, I am not liable or responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these services. This includes any potential impact on your physical, mental, or emotional well-being that may result from the use of hypnotherapy or Reiki.
By proceeding with therapy, you agree to accept full responsibility for your health and well-being and for seeking professional medical or psychological advice when necessary.
9.Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or complaints about the services you have received, I encourage you to address them directly. Please contact me as soon as possible via email or phone call to discuss any issues, and I will make every effort to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
In the event that we are unable to resolve a complaint through direct communication, we may consider the use of mediation or alternative dispute resolution methods to come to a fair and satisfactory conclusion. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through these means may require legal resolution, but I will always strive to ensure that both parties are treated respectfully and fairly throughout the process.
2. Regarding reiki
2.1 reiki treatments
Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatments. Reiki sessions are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and all clients are encouraged to seek the advice of licensed healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
2.2 effect of reiki treatment
Reiki works in alignment with the highest good of all involved. Outcomes may vary from session to session, and the effects of Reiki are unique to each individual.
2.3 client's role
By booking and receiving a Reiki session, the client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their life journey, choices, and transformation. Clients are solely responsible for their own health and well-being, as well as for the decisions they make. Any feedback or suggestions offered during the session are for guidance only, and the practitioner makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or outcome. The practitioner is not liable for any decisions made by the client based on the guidance provided during the Reiki session.
3. late arrivals
If a client arrives late for their appointed session, they accept that the session will need to be rescheduled within 24 hours. Please contact me immediately via text or email to arrange a new date and time that works for both parties.
4. cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total session cost. This fee may be waived at the discretion of the practitioner.
5. refunds
No refunds will be issued once a Reiki session has been booked, whether for past or future appointments.
